Polestar Builders Group offers a comprehensive range of construction and renovation services, including but not limited to:

• Indoor Services: 3D Design, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Home Remodeling, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
• Outdoor Services: 3D Design, Outdoor Kitchens, Pools & Spas, Decks & Patios, Hardscape, Fences & Gates, Exterior Painting.
• Energy Services: Roofing, Solar Panel Installation, Windows, Cool Life Paint, Artificial Turf.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Booking and Payment

• Appointments: Clients must schedule appointments online or by contacting Polestar Builders Group directly. Walk-in consultations may be accommodated based on availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Payment: Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms as specified in the agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Project Requirements: Clients must provide accurate and detailed information regarding the scope, specifications, and expectations of their project.
• Approvals and Permits: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
• Site Access: Clients must ensure that the project site is accessible and safe for work to proceed as scheduled.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Client Information: Polestar Builders Group respects client privacy and confidentiality. We collect and store personal information solely for providing services and maintaining records, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
• Third-Party Disclosure: Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary for project execution (e.g., coordination with subcontractors).

Liability and Disclaimers

• Service Risks: Clients acknowledge that construction and remodeling projects carry inherent risks, including unforeseen delays and material shortages. Polestar Builders Group is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
• External Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Polestar Builders Group is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these external sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
